What information do we use?
If you email us, we may receive your name, work contact details, organisation, service interest and the information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, access codes or unredacted identity documents by ordinary email.
Why do we use it?
We use enquiry information to respond, understand whether we can help, take steps requested before entering a contract, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. We do not sell enquiry information.
How long is it kept?
Enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, record keeping, dispute management and legal or regulatory requirements. Retention may be longer once an engagement begins, as set out in the engagement documentation.
Who receives it?
Information may be handled by authorised staff and service providers supporting email, secure document exchange, accounting or hosting. Access should be limited to what is needed. Engagement documentation explains controller and processor roles where relevant.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to use of your personal information, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
